    i got to go to bootcamp for the navy and i have to lose some weight and be able to run a mile and a half in under 13 min and i got my 80 push ups in 2 in down. whats something good to eat before a run to have the energy to keep going?

    what should I do if I am already at a low maintenance level of calories around 1600 calories to be exact, still tracking it but I am still not able to lose weight? My source of food is purely purchasing meals outside and I cannot cook my meals also due to resources around my University and my dormitory, I am 19 years old, 5'9, 166lbs , around 23-25% body fat, should I stop decreasing my calories since it is not healthy anymore and add more cardio and intensity on lifting days? need advice!

    Hey Lex. I've always been able to control my diet by eating normally. But I have stage 3 asthma, and I'm not able to run more than 10 yards before losing my breath. What do I do for a workout?

    This video has got to be the best way to describe on how to deal with love handles. Im so glad you made it much clear and simple than those other fitness youtubers make it seem like and confuse you soo much! .

    I cant thank him for clarifying in most simplistic manner which is what was really required to understand how love handles are dealt.

    so feeling inspired motivated ….started with macros going for 40 40 20 as in protien carbs and fat …….but some advice say fats and carbs should be reversed as in 4p % fat 20 % catbs or lower ….confused any explanation …..thanks

    Great vid Lex, however I must say (I am not new to lifting or dieting), that throughout summer or "cutting season" I have had days where I have succumb to binge eating (one 24hr period) and I certainly have not sat still in terms of progress, rather that on average it has set me back 2 weeks. Love your content, much respect, from Australia!

    Great video love the Tom Jones outro song infact come to think of it I like the intro song as well anyway…….. I heard or perhaps I didn't and ive just made it up based on all ive read over the years is that H.I.T/Tabata style cardio is great for releasing fat from your fat cells into the blood stream to be used for energy.  Then ive read that to burn fat your body needs oxygen as in enough oxygen to spare to be given to the fat burning process.  Now when ive done H.I.T/Tabata in the past I'm purple, my lungs are in my mouth, I'm tingling so in my mind any oxygen my body has is being used to keep me upright and alive it has none to spare to burn fat soooooooooooo if after one of these sessions would it make sense to have a little break and then go do a 20-30min LISS cardio session so as to burn the fat that's in the blood stream as I have read that if the fat is released into your bloodstream and isn't all used then it is jus transported back to the fat cells which is ONE of the reasons why when I was training I was getting fitter and fitter but not really loosing fat at any great rate.  ANyway is this true of have I just bro scienced the hell out of this comment lol.
