    I'm trying to get off of ibuprofen and don't want to take birth control to ease the pain. When you started these supplements, did it work immediately or did you have to take ibuprofen in conjunction until your body started absorbing the vitamins? Also, did you start taking those doses in the beginning or did you slowly increase? Thank you so much for this information!!!!!!

    so proud of you sis! also can i suggest ginger tea? if you can get ginger root just grate a little bit in there, maybe a teaspoon or less, depending on your taste. it helps me with nausea and cramps. thanks so much for your suggestions i will definitely implement them!
