    I just did this as a finisher after a chest and back workout. I used knees instead of kicks and only went to 5. 1st day to try. Working my way up. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Lex Fitness …lifting question …how do you push hard on quad day in terms of quality muscle contraction at the peak of the movement, while still minimizing knee stress?? I love leg day, but I don't love the aches and soreness that come with squeezing hard at the top of say a leg extension …any tips would be greatly appreciated …thanks in advance if you have the time to respond …cheers for all you do to keep your fitness family motivated, myself included

    Love the rejuvenation in this new series! Great content and quality. It's funny how infectious motivational material can be. While watching this video I got inspired to take action on something completely unrelated to my own fitness regime, actually work related, but it gave me that positive spark. Thanks.
