    Nice one. I think people need to be more of vitamin and mineral deficiencys and not jump on the meds! Doctors too!

    Thank you so much for this video. I really need to get B12 supplements. By the way, after going vegan I have been experiencing pain on my knees and it's not going away, especially when climbing stairs. Do you have any idea why?

    I have a b12 spray, but i always forget about it. I drink naked juices a lot, and the flavors I get are fortified with b12, so I'm usually okay. But sometimes I take the supplement too, if I'm feeling a bit off, and check other health related things in my life that could cause high stress. :/
