    100gm peanut me 25 gm protein 50gm fat . 25 gm protein khane ke liye 50gm fat khana koi samjhdaari nahi.aaj waise bhi log fat zayda hai . jo under weight hai unke liye theek ho sakta hai . olive oil ki jagah extra virgin oil becoz thoda sa hai lena hai extra virgin best hai or peanut oil use kar sakte hai .
