A study published in the Indian Journal of Dermatology, and performed by dermatological researchers from Iran’s Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, found that topical application of garlic juice to areas where hair fall had taken place led to hair regrowth in the previously bald areas of the scalp, reduction in size of bald patches, and higher hair count numbers.

And this is no surprise!

Garlic contains in fact essential elements including sulfur, copper, vitamin C, selenium, and minerals that are highly beneficial for hair growth.

The copper in garlic promotes hair growth, thickens your hair, and also intensifies hair color.

Selenium helps stimulate blood circulation for maximum nourishment, helping purify the hair follicles, strengthening them, and preventing hair loss.

This compound of minerals helps also calming an irritated scalp and treats issues such as dandruff.

Raw garlic is highly enriched with Vitamin C, which is great for the health of your hair, boosting collagen production which helps with hair growth.

Another important and essential characteristic is that it is antimicrobial and helps killing germs and bacteria that can cause damage to the scalp and inhibit hair growth.

We got this type of feedback from people using garlic juice on their hair!

For maximum results we recommend to mix garlic with ginger pulp.
The warming and stimulating effects of ginger helps increase the scalp circulation and encourage healthy hair growth.

Ginger contains also a special antioxidant called gingerol, which helps to fight free radical, and YOU GOT to keep them away from your hair roots, as these can damage the hair cells, and cause hair thinning.
Ginger is also a great hair conditioner.

Rich in minerals and essential oils, it makes hair more manageable, softer and shinier.

Besides, ginger is a useful remedy for dandruff and a dry, itchy scalp, as it contains natural anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help keep scalp healthy and clean.

This is how to use garlic and ginger juice on your hair.

You will need:

• 4 fresh garlic cloves;

• One root of organic ginger;

• 2 spoons of olive oil – if you don’t have olive oil, you can use instead coconut oil, amla oil or another of the most used hair oils such as jojoba, sesame oil etc;

• 1 blender or juicer.

How to prepare the juice.

Take 4 garlic cloves, cut them, and put them into the blender. Pause 2 sec

Then, take 1 root of ginger, cut it in to small cubes, and put it into the blender together
with the garlic.

Now add the 2 spoons of oil and blend everything into a fine paste, as you can see in the video.

Once you have the paste ready, apply it onto your scalp, from the roots, till the tips of your hair.

Leave it on your hair from one to two hours, according to your skin acceptance of the mixture and then wash your hair with an organic shampoo.

Follow this treatment 3 days a week for at least 2 months, if you want to see some good results.

Before applying any mask, I recommend to test it on a small area of skin arm to test your sensitivity.

If you feel a burning sensation and excessive scratching, avoid from using garlic and ginger juice on your scalp.

Ok that’s all for the video.

I hope this will be helpful.
