Foods to Boost Mood:

    It's true Vitamin D boots your mood; I lay in the sun for 10 minutes like 2 or 3 times a week and the sun does boost your mood. (I do place a bit of Coconut oil on the skin while I lie in the sun and the natural smell of coconut oil also put me in a good mood). You should think of your skin as a solar panel, you get energized while boosting your mood. GREAT VIDEO Dr. Axe 🙂

    Love your videos, thank you for being such a positive role model for healthy living!
    I seriously do get super depressed in winter and nothing really helps because I am a southern california and florida raised girl…so really the only solution is for me to live somewhere that doesn't have winters or so it seems…if you have any other suggestions for dealing with winter depression I would love to hear!

    I live in Quebec and our winter is really long and it is dark at 4:00 p.m. Do you think buying a light for luminotherapy could bring me enough vitamin D or is it only good when coming directly from the sun?

    Actually Organic cage free usually means grain fed bigger cage. Free range is the best.
