    I have the same issue with lack of energy . Although I am chasing my 22 month old son around all day form early morn to bedtime , I always get exhausted trying not to fall asleep mid day (4pm) soooo I make another coffee. Ever since my pregnancy / c-section birth my body has changed soooo much , gained soooo much weight with that post pregnancy baby belly fat slouch…HOW do I get more energy without diet pills/more caffeine , lose my belly slouch and get my body back?! Is it depression also and can I tackle this issue without medications/pills??? lol

    Dr Oz, I'm from Brazil, and watch your programs every day, it helps me a lot with my health. In one of the programs the doctor said to prevent burnout, it was to take a supplement, I do not remember if it was MANGANESE OR MAGNESIO, Please tell me what I take to supplement physical fatigue. thank you.

    chewing gum is not good for you.  Its going to make you more hungry and also most gum has chemical sweeteners not good for you and health.
