Do I use this, rinse it out, then shampoo, use my 3 min deep conditioning mask (or w/e it's called) then condition? Or do I just skip over my shampoo?

Penny got a question for you. I use a low poo and no silicone or paraben conditioner. I had some build so I washed my hair and rinsed it with Apple cider vinegar. It left my hair gummy feeling. Do you happen to know why this happened? I've tried to do some research but I couldn't find anything out which is why I came to you… Anyway thanks!
