I have a slightly different question:

I want to build strength and become strong, but I do NOT want to look bulky or add mass. I am a guy , but I don't a phsyique that appears very masculine and I try to work out in a way that prevents that from happening (endurance-training, core training, almost none isolating exercises for upper body).

WIll using Creatine add mass or will it just boost the resutls of my training and help build my physique and body according to how I work out?

I'm sorry for the weird question, but it's very important to me..

Hey just wanna ask. So I'm 15 and I've been working out for about 6 months now and have seen pretty good results just by doing the workouts and mostly keeping my diet in check. What I wanna know is, is there any specific reason that I should not start taking creatine in say, a year's time. Is there side effects for teenagers or anything that I should know about?

Well good video but you should mention that you may have diarrhea if you dont drink anaf water. Or drink protain shake with milk wright after taking creatine.
And i had that problem before, and i use OPTIMAL NUTRITION CREATINE. so for people who have some problem with diarrhea you dont drink wather as much your body needs or you are having to big dosage of creatine.
