Vitamin A Retinol (not from Beta carotene) is also essential and works synergistically with Vit D3; K2 – particularly MK7 and Magnesium. Kate Rheaume-Bleaue. She has recently written a book called The Vitamin K2 and Calcium Paradox, which goes in to great detail about how essential Vitamin A (Retinol) is. Essential read/research for those taking the above.

Apple cider vinegar question: what is happening in the gut/liver chemistry that is restored or reset after a period of use? Does the gall bladder dump bile stones and this is what happened? After alkalinity is reset is the liver response to fats restored and somehow stays there? Why don't I have to use the vinegar forever? What got reset and restored?

With regards to Magnesium, David Perlmutter says that there is only 1 form of Magnesium that can cross the blood brain barrier and go the brain cells and that is Magnesium THREONATE.
He also says it is necessary for building the myelin sheath around the nerve cells.
What are your thoughts on these 2 points about Magnesium?

If you have too much calcium, you would not want to take vitamin D, right, because that would make the pain from the heel spurs, tendonitis, bursitis etc. worse, wouldn't it?
